カフェ・ショップ(Cafe & shop)
It reflects Yumeji’s belief that art is in life itself.
The exhibition room, cafe and gift shop.
This space is the fruit of a collaboration that transcended space and time between Yumeji Takehisa and Eiji Mitooka to express Yumeji’s design in a new way.
We have decided to build an art cafe within an exhibition room so that you can enjoy a good cup of coffee while admiring Yumeji Takehisa’s art.
Through this, we wished to reprodce Yumeji’s ‘art in life’ belief that he tried to convey in the later years of his life through his “Haruna-san Art and Craft Institute”.
